Hello! I am Nitika Gupta an Organizational Psychology undergradute at PGGCG-11, Chandigarh, driven by a deep curiosity for human behavior and its role in building high-impact organizations. My interest in psychology began early, during school, when I was honored as a Mental Health Advocate and actively worked on spreading mental health awareness. That experience planted the foundation for what has now become a serious academic and professional pursuit.Parallel to this, my passion for business developed naturally. Growing up in a business-oriented family, I closely observed operations, decision-making, and the responsibility that comes with building and sustaining enterprises. This dual exposure—to human psychology and business systems—shapes everything I do today.A defining moment in my journey was leading the Google Student Ambassador Program for the North India region during my \"Community Manager\" internship at Hypedin. Managing and engaging 400+ students across multiple colleges from Punjab, Chandigarh, Uttrakhand and Himachal Pradesh was intensely energizing—I felt the thrill of coordination, strategy, and leadership at scale. Designing community structures, aligning teams, and seeing people respond to my leadership confirmed my passion for building human ecosystems.Alongside this, my clinical exposure at Fortis gave me grounding in psychological disorders and therapeutic approaches, while my marketing internship at Corizo strengthened my understanding of growth, communication, and consumer psychology.I don’t just participate in programs; I scale them. I am an aspiring I/O Psychologist with a founder’s mindset, ready to build the next great empire at the intersection of psychology and global business.Let’s connect and innovate together.
