I believe software should be used to enable and us to do things without realizing that the software has done it. I believe that any time someone says ‘but why’ there is an opportunity to simplify.I run software projects on a low budget with few resources and I get things done. It is not perfect, but it is constantly improving based on customer feedback. This helped us prioritize investments which had most customer impact.• Telemetry is actionable only if people trust the data, I formulated a strategy to improve data quality, and regain trust in the data.• Proposed and built consensus to rearchitect UTP
