Handling complex deal solutioning on both Transformational (Journey to Cloud, Legacy Modernization) and Managed Service Operations track catering predominantly for European countries and for UKI and Nordics region- Scope includes both Transformation and Managed Services Operations solutions for legacy infrastructure modernization and solutions on Private and Hybrid Clouds, on VMware SDDC stacks, on HCI stacks (Nutanix, HyperFlex), Journey to Cloud, Workplace Services, Service Desk, Service Management (SIAM), ITAM and overall Transition / Mobilization solutions- Estimate technical and other effort required to deliver the overall solution. Engage as a Lead / Principal SA on large, multi-towered deals and take end to end ownerships in aggregating and stitching the overall solutions together, by ensuring inputs from SMEs for specific service towers are rightly captured in the overall estimates and while building proposals- Participate and drive the proposal response and contract documentations and finalization phase, creation of RACI definitions, participate in SLA risk analysis phase in determining client’s asks around specific SLA coverages and their associated risks, determining its impact on service defaults and service credits and creation of final SLA schedules- Work closely with Finance accounting team during pricing exercise, analyze the impact of the various types of contingencies, cost of living adjustments, contract-controlled income (CCI) and target margins, impact on margins etc. and apply those treatments while deriving overall solution cost to price conversions- Present overall solution to internal and deal senior leadership from the Delivery, Solution, Sales, and Quality Directors across various towers. Participate in client presentation for Cloud and Infra scopes and participate in client orals and workshop sessions while presenting various solution options with associated cost with identified benefits during each milestone.
