   In my role as a Finance Controller at BASF, I support end-to-end Accounts Receivable operations including AR overdues reporting, monthly sales reporting, customer master data creation, credit risk management, and customer credit limit reviews. I collaborate closely with sales, CRM, EXIM, and shared service teams to manage distributor agreements, rebates, credit notes, security deposit interest calculations, and agent commissions. I handle customer ledger reconciliation, support statutory & internal audits, facilitate LSO/LIO setups, coordinate ICTP requirements, and prepare cost sheets for SAFTA and duty drawback benefits. I also contribute to monthly Pre-S & OP presentations and ensure smooth cross-functional communication.
