As a Director and Quality Assurance Leader at EY, I lead the transformation of quality engineering practices across SAP platforms and assets. My mission is to embed a “quality-first” mindset into every facet of technology delivery — from lifecycle processes and compliance frameworks to automation and performance optimization.I drive the adoption of robust quality assurance frameworks, steering cross-functional synergies that elevate delivery standards and client satisfaction. My work spans governance, training, audits, and metrics — all aligned with industry benchmarks like CMMI — to ensure our products and services are not only reliable but exceptional.Recently, I’ve expanded my portfolio to include AI risk management and compliance within the SAP domain. With new credentials in Generative AI, I’m actively shaping how AI is integrated responsibly into our delivery ecosystem. This includes supporting AI quality assurance, risk frameworks, and enablement strategies that align with evolving regulatory and ethical standards. I also contribute to the CT Excellence Program, helping teams maximize value, efficiency, and quality across the board. Whether it’s mentoring teams, leading innovation, or enabling transformation, I bring a strategic lens and a collaborative spirit to every initiative.My recent professional achievements include:1. Successfully led CMMI L5 implementation, the highest in the industry for delivery maturity, in the SAP portfolio 2. Led CT SAP/ CT MSD teams towards big wins at European/North American Software testing awards - DEI category, Best Use of Technology in a project category and the overall title 3. Led the conceptualization, development and build of product life cycle processes/managed services lifecycle and enabled asset builds for CT SAP Domain and Managed Services Delivery4. Drove test automation and DevOps best practices; built shared support services/governance for quality topics across CT SAP and CT Managed Services Delivery5. Shared SAP domain best practices & evangelized our quality governance model to wider teams/ CT organization for institutionalization of quality processes
