As a dedicated scientist in the field of biomicrofluidics, I am deeply passionate about leveraging cutting-edge technologies to advance biomedical research and improve healthcare outcomes. My research interests span a wide range of areas critical to biomedical science, including Organ-on-a-Chip Platforms, Cancer Metastasis in Microfluidic Devices, Paper Microfluidics, and Cell Response to Physical and Chemical Gradients. Through my work, I aim to unravel the complexities of biological systems and develop novel solutions for diagnostics, drug testing, and disease modeling.With a strong foundation in microfluidic device design, simulation, and fabrication, I have contributed to major projects focused on Heart-on-a-Chip models, Cryotherapy for Bone Cancer, and Microfluidic-Based Cell Invasion Studies. My contributions have been recognized through scholarships, awards, and grants, including receiving funds from ICMR for my impactful work on Heart-on-a-Chip models.In addition to my scientific pursuits, I am also passionate about sharing knowledge and have taught courses in Transport Phenomena in Bioprocess Systems, Biostatistics, Biochemical Thermodynamics, and more. I have also been actively engaged in project guidance, mentoring students in the development of novel paper-based microfluidic devices, and conducting in-depth studies on barrier efficiency and analyte separation.
