My role involves leveraging machine learning and artificial intelligence to enhance pilot training programs, with a focus on sustainable and effective training methods for Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) and eVTOL (electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing) applications.Key Responsibilities:Adaptive Learning Systems: I design and implement adaptive learning algorithms that personalize training experiences, ensuring each pilot receives tailored guidance and feedback based on their performance metrics.Aviation Simulation Development: Collaborating with engineering teams, I help develop high-fidelity simulation models that emulate real-world flight conditions, utilizing AI to create realistic, immersive training environments.Data-Driven Insights: By analyzing flight and training data, I identify patterns and insights that inform our approach to AI-based training, helping to refine models for greater accuracy and effectiveness.Cutting-Edge Technology Integration: I work with state-of-the-art technologies, including mixed reality and 6DOF motion platforms, to enhance simulation accuracy and create futuristic, AI-powered training solutions.Industry Collaboration: As part of my work, I connect with industry leaders and experts to stay abreast of advancements in AAM and sustainable aviation, ensuring our training solutions remain at the forefront of the industry.My role at FAST allows me to combine my passion for AI with my commitment to advancing sustainable aviation practices.
