About Nithya Joy
An Electrical and Electronics Engineer with a PGDM in HRM from Xavier Institute of Management Bhubaneswar(2014 Batch), I have 11+ years of experience across various HR domains. I started my journey as a HR professional with Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd. as a Generalist and then was appointed the CoE for Performance Management. I then moved to PPG Asian Paints Pvt. Ltd. as CoE for Rewards, Performance Management, Employee Life Cycle, HRIT, Payroll & Compliances. I was also handling the end to end operations of the Provident Fund trust of PPGAP. I am currently associated with IKEA India Pvt Ltd as the Country Total Rewards Manager leading the total rewards, payroll and mobility agenda for the country.
