Evangelized 3 new product features and build comprehensive business case on EMR Serverless (EMR-S), obtained EMR leadership buy-in through POCs, customer research analysis and interviews to reduce costs by 20%- Spearheaded end to end development, go-to market strategy, pricing, performance of Graviton2 architecture launch on EMR-S. This launch helped customers gain up to 35% better price-performance for their Spark and Hive workloads running on EMR-S- Analyzed common failures and identified a significant number of job failure on EMR Serverless are due to “no disk space”.
