Coordinated and led the Specialty & New Technology projects involving mechanical Design, FEA, Topology and Design Optimization. • Devised a Tool for calculating the Shaft fatigue life and automated the bearing housing selection process using spreadsheet & Octave programming for existing pumps. • Supported various Business Units in Drawing creation of casting and Machining models of axially split casing pumps (LRN) incorporating ENG-CORP-0123 standard. • Designed a modular and 50% more compact “Hydraulic Prototype Test Loop” for testing volute efficiency of new pump casings.
