About Nithin John

As a mission-driven engineering leader, I have been involved with various projects and start-ups, including co-founding my own. Dexetra, the brainchild of my friends and me, acquired 6 million+ users and a couple of OEM-level deals before Quixey, an Alibaba-backed start-up, acquired it. TreatGo, our next venture, was a comprehensive platform for doctors and patients across the globe, which Paytm acquired in 2018. Leading multiple platforms and building strong teams to work towards a common goal is my forte. I balance a wide range of technical capabilities and insights with an authentic understanding of the end user and creative approaches to solving problems in B2B and B2C spaces. My passion lies in product envisioning and architecture design: Headed infrastructure management and liaison with international clients at my first start-up. Founded Esquarelabs in 2009. Founded Dexetra in 2010, which got acquired by Quixey in 2014(Funded by one97 mobility fund, Sequoia Capital, Qualcomm ventures). Worked closely with the Google Evangelist team formulating and educating the developers on the best practices in product development. Responsible for shaping products that served more than 8 Million users. Planned and executed strategies for building and managing product teams. Headed the Tech side OEM integration with Samsung and Micromax.
