Pixels as a medium has borne my creative expression over the years, meticulously crafting multimodal experiences on a range of form factors and devices spanning one-foot experiences to ten-feet to thirty-feet and infinity, from pixels to voxels in space.I have set up multi-disciplinary Product Design teams from scratch to meet emerging business requirements for Microsoft, spotting and bringing in diverse talent and establishing newer specialized disciplines in Design for Mixed Reality, Art & 3D Media, Motion Design, and Technical Design which were first for Microsoft in India (R&D).My career at Microsoft has spanned different dimensions of scope, from startup like Incubation to large scale and ubiquitous products like Windows, Office, and Edge, impacting customers in both emerging and developed markets, and embracing future with Mixed Reality and HoloLens. I stay passionate about even the smallest of opportunities; quite often my introduction starts with ‘the guy who designed the Calculator on Windows’. My creativity has no bounds, I’m not afraid of build breaks and have written many hundreds of lines of code that powers my designs and baked into the OS in Windows 8 through Windows 10.Standing united across product organisations we strive on our creative and cultural values, where we lead by doing, tell great stories, build with our customers, take pride in craftsmanship, and create without fear!
