As a Product SRE in the FinTech space, I specialize in strengthening the reliability, resilience, and observability of large-scale, Kubernetes-based microservices. This includes implementing OpenTelemetry pipelines, refining New Relic alert strategies, and applying toil-reduction methods that help teams focus on meaningful engineering work.I also bring solid experience with CI/CD pipelines using Azure Pipelines, cloud deployments, Linux shell scripting, the xUnit test framework, and tools like TFS, ServiceNow, NoSQLBooster, WinSCP, and PuTTY.
