Key Responsibilities:Spearhead product development from concept to production, ensuring design feasibility and manufacturing scalability.Set up Industrial Engineering systems, including time & motion studies, SMV calculation, line balancing, and productivity metrics.Implement costing frameworks that align with design, material, and labor efficiency for global markets.Collaborate closely with design, merchandising, and vendor teams to ensure on-time, cost-effective product launches.Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles to boost efficiency across supplier partners.Analyze product workflows and optimize plant layouts and workstation design for improved throughput.Support sourcing and supplier selection across Asia for compliant, scalable, and sustainable manufacturing.
