I’m a UX designer with a decade of experience working at the intersection of business, technology and design. I craft intuitive, user-centric experiences to bring clarity to ambiguous and complex systems, and to help people efficiently collaborate with intelligent systems.At Amazon’s AWS Applied AI Solutions org, I lead product design for internal-facing teams monitoring and optimising the AI/ML systems that power Amazon’s Just Walk Out stores. This technology eliminates traditional checkout lines from retail spaces. I have led multiple impactful initiatives for AI accuracy improvements, the Human-in-the-Loop ecosystem and, the issue-resolution and store launch domains. I\'m currently focused on UX for agentic-AI transformation for these charters.In this role, I drive end-to-end product design that balances user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. I collaborate cross-functionally with teams to define and prioritise product requirements, co-create product strategies, and craft intuitive UX and north star UX visions. With a strong understanding of tech development, I handle effective prioritisation, trade-offs and design standardisation to create scalable design frameworks. I proactively seek user and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous product improvement. I\'m a strong advocate for accessible design; I\'ve led accessibility audits and implemented guidelines, to ensure products within my charter meet global accessibility requirements.Prior to Amazon, I worked as a UX Design Lead for two consumer-facing verticals in healthcare - TruDiagno and Microbiome Research - where I helped build design strategy and digital and product experiences in the diagnostics as well as microbiome testing space.I have gained experience in service and business design by playing a critical role in building two start-ups and hand-holding them through their initial years of growth. I have led enterprise application design for both B2B/B2C businesses and have handled multiple domains like digital transformation, compliance & regulations, operations and business strategy development.I have a Masters in Industrial Design (M.Des) from School of Planning & Architecture, New Delhi and a Bachelors in Architecture (B.Arch) from National Institute of Technology, Calicut.
