Demand Management & Business Case Development • Track demand within the enterprise and provide benefit management and prioritization of spending using formal approval practices. • Maintain a backlog of value-add projects used to feed into project budgeting, staffing, and other resource needs. • Support business analysts and IT/OT managers in the creation of business cases with an emphasis on communicating value. Technology Portfolio Management • Lead a portfolio of programs, projects, and/or ongoing service provision. Engage and influence senior management to ensure the portfolio delivers the agreed business objectives. • Manage the technology projects, budgets, and related financial activities including oversight of expense reporting, budget tracking, and resource governance processes including the CEA process. • Support the digital transformation of the enterprise and deliver the desired value through a roadmap, using a holistic technology approach, ensuring that each initiative is connected to an overarching strategy. • Conduct regular stakeholder meetings on high value projects to report status and manage risks. Prepare and commit stakeholders for business change and reduce the risk of failure. Value Reporting • Ensure visibility and awareness of IT/OT efforts and outcomes among stakeholders to demonstrate the value delivered to the enterprise. • Produce an annual report of strategic efforts and value delivered by IT/OT.
