I head Research & Sales for Risk Edge - a Fintech Startup. Risk Edge was established in 2013 for providing advanced Analytics to large Energy / Commodity firms. It offers Machine Learning based solutions for a wide array of firms to help them discover hidden patterns in their data. Risk Edge has done some pioneering work in AI with quite a few global Energy & Commodity companies - helping them solve problems like predicting yield on crops, predicting machine failures for Wind Turbines, detecting anomalies in financial transactions and predicting prices & spreads of physical commodities. Many of these were converted into turn-key solutions and implemented for several companies including some Fortune companies. I also head the Data Science vertical of ThinkRisk.ai, where we have developed a unique out-of-the box solution for automating Risk Analysis for Finance and Audit Professionals. The product is a unique blend of traditional statistical & heuristic models, and advanced Deep Learning algorithms that can search for and find hidden patterns in large amounts of data.My previous experience includes development and pre-sales of Capital Markets Trading Front-end systems, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) software product, software consulting and Derivatives valuation. I have been associated with several social causes earlier, including Green Peace and have volunteered multiple times for medical camps in rural India. I\'ve also been a speaker in international Commodity conferences on risk management.
