About Nitesh Tiwari
As a PGDM student specializing in Marketing and International Business, I’m passionate about creating customer-centric strategies that drive brand growth and market relevance. My recent experience as a Marketing Intern at SMC Global Securities Ltd. allowed me to explore the intersection of marketing and finance — where I gained practical knowledge in: • Investment tools, Mutual Funds, and Portfolio Management • Client-focused marketing strategies and lead generation • Equity & Derivatives Market fundamentals • Wealth Management promotion and campaign planning During the internship, I supported digital marketing initiatives, conducted market research, and assisted in brand outreach efforts — helping bridge communication between financial services and client engagement. Alongside my internship, I’ve worked on live projects such as market research for Mamaearth and a design thinking prototype (Smart Rental), honing my skills in research, presentation, and innovation. I’m also the winner of the CII-Majestic Skill-Will-Lead competition, which strengthened my leadership and communication abilities. My exposure through industrial visits (e.g, Coca-Cola Moon Beverages, Yakult India, Marina Barrage Singapore) and active role in the International Business Club have enhanced my global business understanding and event management experience.
