I’m a Chartered Accountant based in Mumbai, currently part of the Product team for Small Business Banking (Retail Lending) at Axis Bank since August 2021. In this role, I- Lead the annual three-year business forecasting exercise, analyzing market trends, defining the optimal product mix, and collaborating with Business Heads, Strategy, and F&A teams- Conduct detailed departmental P&L reviews, identify performance gaps, and equip business teams with actionable insights for course correction- Drive senior-stakeholder review sessions, develop strategic action plans, and support presentations to top management.Prior to Axis Bank, I spent over four years in Audit & Assurance.At Walker Chandiok & Co. LLP (Grant Thornton member firm)[Mar\'2019 to Aug\'2021] in Mumbai, where I- Managed the statutory audit of one of India’s largest mutual funds (AUM ₹1.86 trillion)- Led limited reviews for a leading private general insurance company- Oversaw statutory and tax audits for an asset management company (AUM ₹1.17 trillion)- Conducted audits and limited reviews across MF, PMS, AIF, and investment advisory for a fast-growing AMC.I began my career at Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP [Sep\'2016 to Mar\'2016], auditing clients in shipping, chemical manufacturing, and life insurance.Outside of work, I love exploring new destinations and connecting with professionals.
