Preparing offer letter, and job descriptions and completing joining Formalities and documentation. Keeping track of Confirmation, Appraisals, and Increments of employees. Preparing various letters like appointment letters, confirmation letters, Absenteeism notices, warning letters, showcase notices, etc. Maintain employee personal file with all necessary documents.
