In February 2025, I internally transitioned from the My Clean City program to conceptualize, establish, and lead Project Mati at HCL Foundation—an agriculture value chain initiative focused on strengthening rural livelihoods.• Founded Project Mati from the ground up, defining its vision, framework, and implementation roadmap.• Designed end-to-end agriculture value chain models covering farmer mobilization, capacity building, aggregation, and market linkages.• Led market-oriented interventions including buyer identification, pricing understanding, and demand–supply alignment for farm produce.• Engaged with farmers, FPOs, aggregators, and local institutions to improve market access and income realization.• Driving field execution, monitoring impact, and building scalable, market-driven livelihood models aligned with sustainability goals.
