Communicate customer milestones to cross functional team & getting them closed through monthly reviews. Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply chain to achieve product excellence goals Manage & report performance metrics timely to diagnose and prioritize issues. Preparing APQP & PPAP tasks on Pool4Tool. Verification intercompany PPAP documents as per AIAG guidelines. Carry out gap analysis to ensure key characteristics from drawing have been captured in DFMEA Ensure the linkage between process flow – PFMEA – Control plan. Preparing and updating PPAP documents and reviewing with team for final PPAP submission.
