Technosoft Solutions is a 3 Star Certified Partner of Tally Solutions pvt ltd which is an accounting software IT company located in Bangalore where recently I have joined as Tech Support Intern where,1. My primary job role is to give support and solve queries in efficient manner to accountants, CAs and even managers of different kinds of firms and also my role is to give demo of software to new subscribers. Apart from this, my secondary job is to do cold calling to our existing clients and was maintaining relationship management and recording their details in google sheet. Another Extra task I am performing is designig ads related to our products with the help of designing software Canva and then posting it on various digital platforms like IndiaMart and other social media sites like Instagram, Facebook & many more to boost our business and increase our client base.
