I’m Nitesh Kumar, a B.Tech student at IIT Roorkee with a deep interest in playing with data and solving real-life problems. I enjoy uncovering insights through analysis and using structured thinking to drive practical and strategic decisions—skills central to business analytics and consulting.Currently, I serve as the Deputy General Secretary of NCC IIT Roorkee, where I lead and manage a team of 420+ cadets. My responsibilities include event management, team coordination, and operational planning, which have helped me grow in leadership, communication, and team management.Alongside this, I lead a team under NSS IIT Roorkee that provides free online coaching to students preparing for the Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya entrance exam.
