I\'m a Team Leader at Technotask Business Solutions in Bhopal, and I’ve spent over eight years in the BPO world.Over the years, I’ve had the chance to lead many different teams, handling their performance and supporting their learning and development.Before this, I was a Team Leader at Airvincible in Indore from January 2024 to February 2025. I also worked with Altruist Technologies and Vindhya E-Infomedia for a total of more than five years.Each job has taught me to change how I do things, keep learning, and guide my teams to success.I believe that problems are just chances to do things differently. They push us to be creative, extend our skills, and get stronger, both at work and in our personal lives. I focus on accepting change, learning from experience, and turning difficulties into accomplishments.Outside of my job, I’m really into tech, especially things like artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, coding, and websites ans Apps development. I am founder of Pagecraft Tech Solutions where we build brand digitally. Giving a digital experience of someone’s innovations and their Dreams. Officially, I\'m a full-time Team Leader and Coach, but really, I love to create and solve problems.
