Working on both Normal and GG communication BMS.• Working of BMS testing as per approved testing standard through BTS.• Working of PCM,BMS failure analysis through circuit diagram and Schematic diagram & PCM fault finding on component level before NPI and in Mass production• Making the testing hardware set up during NPI and making the testing program also as per approved testing standard.• Function test parameter setting and testing program making as per SOP/Standard.• Failure analysis report making & improve all NPI/MP issue related to functional failure battery.• Function test software issue improvement through supplier.• Taking care daily pack line issue and Improve the pack line FPY.• Taking Care all the software and hardware issues of pack line during Mass production.
