I am currently working as Head HR at Global Logistic & Swastik Energy, deals in transportation trading of Coal, Coke, Iron Ore, Cementitious raw materials, Slag, Gypsum in PAN India even also we are into export & import of the raw materials and have more than several years of experience. I would like to work in an environment where my abilities and skills can be enhanced, which offers a healthy professional growth while being resourceful, innovative and flexible. My strengths are excellent communications skills with verbal as well as written both. Also, good decision making ability and quick learner for new concepts & responsibilities. Have the ability to handle work pressure situations easily along with the ability to coordinate with all levels of management efficiently. I am having that ability to motivate or convince anyone. I have learnt a lot from my experience and trying to implement the same even I tried to change things or policies for betterment of company as well as the colleagues.
