Handled negotiation of sales contracts. • Reviewed plans with client for new construction, enumerated and provided options and features.• Responds to customer concerns during the construction process and works with construction, customer service, and the design center to correct any problems and facilitate a timely closing process. • Responsible for the presentation of homes including the condition of models, inventory, home sites, Sales Office/Center, signage, marketing material, etc. • Analyzed competitors by visiting sales offices and maintaining relationship with sales agents.• Seeks new leads by continually contacting prospective buyers, referrals, brokers and other prospects. • Visit different new home communities.
