Developed and Implemented Digital Strategy by spearheading the development of a comprehensive digital strategy for the Town Planning business, leading its implementation across all Arup offices in the UK- Leading the Digital Planning team, focusing on upskilling colleagues in digital skills and introducing new ways of working to enhance efficiency and innovation- Collaborated with public sector clients to secure funding for digital transformation projects, including significant PropTech Funding from the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG)- Directed multiple digital planning and transformational projects at both central and local government levels, ensuring compliance with Government Design Service standards, Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, Technology Code of Practice, and other relevant standards- Led x3 PropTech projects from digitising the Housing & Land Use based evidence base documents and data through to the use of emerging technologies such as Augemented Reality to find new ways of engaging the public- Advise and strategise across all existing planning projects to determine how to utilise data and digital to create innovative solutions.
