I started my career running influencer campaigns, learning the ins and outs of what makes content resonate, and over the past 6+ years, I’ve grown into a marketing leader who builds campaigns and empowers the people behind them. Today, I lead the US team at The Influencer Marketing Factory, guiding a talented group of 15 to execute campaigns that amplify creator and brand voices alike.Having a background in the modeling industry myself, I understand firsthand what it takes to connect with talent, and I leverage that experience to build meaningful relationships with creators and partners on every campaign. This perspective allows me to ensure that everyone involved feels respected, supported, and set up for success, from first-time UGC creators to established influencers.I’m passionate about helping my team thrive, giving them the tools, guidance, and autonomy to do their best work while fostering growth, creativity, and confidence. My foundation in multimedia journalism and social strategy means I approach every challenge with a storyteller’s mindset, a strategist’s rigor, and a creative problem-solving approach.I’ve partnered with brands across Beauty, Health & Wellness, Retail, Luxury, Fintech, CPG, and more, helping them find the right voices to tell their stories and ensuring those voices are heard and celebrated.I love what I do and who I get to do it with.
