I’ve always been curious about people - how we think, feel, and make sense of life. Psychology gave me the space and language to explore that curiosity.Over the years, I’ve worked across counseling, medical affairs, and research; experiences that taught me how deeply emotions, health, and communication are connected. Working with both Indian and U.S. healthcare systems showed me how empathy and understanding can transform even the most structured environments.To me, mental health isn’t just about coping, it’s about learning, unlearning, and growing through what we feel.
