I am a customer service supervisor at First Insurance Company of Hawaii, where I have been leading and developing a team of customer service associates for over a year and a half. I have over six years of experience in the insurance industry, and I am an expert in the Guidewire software platform, which I have helped implement, test, and enhance for our personal lines department. My core competencies include customer service management, customer service systems, and customer relationship management (CRM).In my current role, I am responsible for managing the operations and workflow of the customer service department, ensuring the quality and consistency of the products and services we deliver to our customers. I also serve as a Guidewire SME, troubleshooting, logging, testing, and implementing the software platform, as well as creating and running reports to support the production needs. I have successfully trained and mentored my team members on the Guidewire system, as well as on the agency portal, coverage inquiries, and issue resolution. I have also created SOPs and handled the training for the personal lines department on the new software. I enjoy working in a collaborative and diverse environment, where I can contribute to the company\'s mission of providing peace of mind and protection to our clients and community.
