Key Responsibilities & Achievements- Maintained daily bookkeeping, prepared accurate journal entries, and performed account reconciliations, ensuring 100% accuracy in financial records- Assisted in drafting monthly financial statements, expense reports, and detailed budgets that supported strategic decision-making for department heads- Analyzed ledger entries and helped identify discrepancies, contributing to a 15% reduction in reporting errors- Collaborated with the accounts team to streamline invoice processing, vendor payments, and payroll tasks, improving overall efficiency- Applied SAP ERP, Advanced MS Excel(Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), and data analytics tools to manage and interpret large data sets for financial reporting.This experience strengthened my technical and analytical skills while giving me practical exposure to corporate finance workflows and HR operations in a large manufacturing environment.
