ABOUT NISHTHA SAXENA

I started my career in engineering, where I learned how to break complex problems into systems, constraints, and measurable outcomes. Over time, I realized I was consistently drawn to the visual and user-facing side of those problems. That pull eventually turned into a full transition into design. For the past four years, I’ve worked as a graphic designer, building marketing and brand assets across digital and print. My work supported campaigns, product launches, and sales collateral, and consistently drove higher engagement across channels. In several projects, redesigned layouts and clearer visual hierarchies helped improve click-through and interaction rates by double digits. More importantly, I learned how design decisions translate into real business results.Recently, I’ve moved deeper into UI/UX and product design. I completed an advanced UI/UX program with Bangalore, where I worked on multiple end-to-end projects covering user research, problem definition, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. I’ve led research synthesis, built information architectures from scratch, and delivered high-fidelity prototypes in Figma, always tying decisions back to user needs and success metrics. What this really means is that I bring an engineer’s way of thinking, a designer’s eye for clarity, and a growing product-focused toolkit into every project. I care about structure, usability, and outcomes, not just how something looks. My goal is to build digital experiences that feel intuitive, intentional, and genuinely useful for the people who use them.
