As an Engagement Manager at Executive Access, Nishtha is responsible for executing C-suite searches across industries, with a personal interest in the Education sector and Indian Conglomerates. With over nine years of experience in Leadership Hiring, she has successfully facilitated over 90 key hirings across diverse industries. She has worked in industries like Consumer, Industrial, Financial Services among others. She has also been a part of the board practice for the firm and helped hire independent directors. In addition to her core work, she has been a part of the employee engagement team and helped organise various events, including national and international offsites. Her Master\'s in Organizational Behavior and Bachelor\'s in Psychology enable her to assess candidates effectively and match them with the right client requirements. She has also been involved in research projects with prestigious institutions such as IIT Delhi. She has received multiple awards and honors for her consistent performance, research excellence, and human values. Nishtha is passionate about people and search, and is motivated by the impact she is able to create through her work.Aside from her core work in search, she is passionate about the F&B sector and has consulted with some QSR\'s and restaurants on various aspects including Marketing, Human Resources, Brand Building, Strategy, among others. Some of these include Devyani International Limited for their Pizza Hut division; Jyoti Enterprise in Pune for their subway outlets; also helped in their set up of a new restaurant called Murphies, which is now among the top restaurants in Pune. Most recently, she has been advising an upcoming Pizzeria in Melbourne. Having studied psychology for over seven years, she continues to have an interest in the field and feels strongly about the need for good quality mental health professionals and dreams of enhanced well-being in the country. She is particularly interested in understanding how the organisational psychology field will evolve in India, as she truly believes that organisations need to focus on happier employees and thereby, have an impact on their productivity as well as organisational commitment.
