A Gold Medallist MBA-HRD from Delhi School of Economics, my approach combines academic rigor with on-ground execution to solve challenges.I began my career in Organizational Development, designing onboarding journeys, culture interventions, and recognition frameworks that improved early engagement and time-to-productivity. Building HR dashboards and lifecycle surveys shaped my belief that data must guide people decisions.
