After graduating from Southern Methodist University with a BBA in Management I began working as an analyst in the JPMorgan Chase Corporate Analyst Development Program (CADP). CADP is a two-year rotational program that offers analyst the unique opportunity to sharpen their technical, analytical and leadership skills. Analysts complete three eight-month rotations within the program\'s core disciplines – analytics, project management, and process improvement – across the firm\'s various lines of business and corporate functions.
