I belong to Tata Administrative Services (TAS), the leadership development program of Tata Group. I currently lead Automation Projects for Trent\'s Supply Chain across warehouses and logistics - Cross-Belt Sorters, Spirals, Boom Conveyors, Storage Solutions, PTLs. I lead cross-functional teams across Tech, Product, Merchandising, Operations Warehousing and Logistics and delivered industry-benchmark discrepancy levels of 0.05%. I\'ve established and standardised zero-based bottoms-up budgeting model across warehouses and logistics. I\'ve lead the Merchandising function of \'Zudio\'(Trent\'s new value-fashion retail format) for Westernwear, Ethnicwear, Innerwear and Beauty (~50% of Zudio)- responsible for planning, stock & inventory management, analytics, forecasting and budgeting to drive sales and deliver bottom line.
