As a sports psychologist, I\'m dedicated to helping athletes maintain their optimal performance and reach peak performance. I\'m passionate about using research and open science practices to ensure my work is grounded in evidence. I believe sports can be a powerful force for positive change, and I\'m committed to contributing to social transformation through sports. I\'m skilled in conducting sport psychological assessments, counseling, group workshops, and creating personalized programs or interventions that address athletes\' unique needs and challenges. While my primary focus is on sports psychology, I\'m open to exploring other opportunities that align with my values and expertise.
