As a Recruitment Analyst at Xcelyst Ltd, I source and recruit qualified candidates for various roles and industries, using online platforms, job ads, and background checks. I collaborate with the HR team and the hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process, and I follow up with the candidates and the clients through emails and phone calls. I also contribute to the development of HR policies and practices, such as employee retention, performance management, and diversity and inclusion.My passion for human resources stems from my education and previous work experience in psychology and journalism. I have an MSc in Human Resources Management and Services from GISMA Business School and The University of Law, where I learn about the latest theories and practices in HR management, employment law, and organizational behaviour. I also have a MSc in Counselling Psychology from Kristu Jayanti College Autonomous, and a Bachelor\'s degree in Psychology, Literature and Journalism from Loyola Academy, Hyderabad. These degrees have equipped me with the skills and knowledge to understand human behaviour, communication, and motivation, and to apply them in the HR field. Moreover, I have gained valuable experience as an HR Recruiter Trainee at GLOWSUN INDUSTRIES, where I worked on various HR tasks, such as sourcing candidates, updating job ads, writing reports, collaborating with the sales team, and creating presentations for the stakeholders.I am a dedicated and focused individual, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work well as part of a team or on my own initiative. I am enthusiastic about taking responsibility and learning new skills, and I have an approachable but direct management style.
