I am a staffing and talent advisory professional with close to four years of experience across recruitment, delivery leadership, and client engagement within technology hiring. Currently working as a Senior Talent Advisor, I operate in a leadership role that balances team management, client partnership, and operational execution.I began my career as a Candidate Manager, specialising in data and analytics roles such as Data Analysts, Power BI Developers, PowerApps Developers, and Data Scientists. Alongside end-to-end hiring, I supported candidates post-placement, building long-term relationships and ensuring successful transitions. This phase shaped my candidate-first mindset and reinforced the value of quality hiring.As a Talent Advisor, I took ownership of delivery for a single client, working closely with stakeholders to understand hiring priorities, manage expectations, and deliver consistent outcomes. This experience strengthened my consultative approach and ability to align talent strategy with business needs.In my current role, I lead recruitment operations for assigned accounts, oversee day-to-day delivery for teams on the floor, and mentor recruiters and new joiners.
