Applied event-driven architecture using Apache Kafka for transaction streaming, rewards events, fraud signals, and redemption settlement flows.Architected distributed systems leveraging YugabyteDB (distributed SQL), MongoDB (document modeling), and Redis (low-latency caching & rate limiting) to ensure high availability and performance for financial workloads. Implemented Saga and eventual consistency patterns for distributed transaction management, ensuring idempotent redemption processing and prevention of duplicate transactions.Built modular React.js micro-frontends for credit card dashboards, rewards tracking, and redemption portals, enabling independent deployments aligned with backend microservices.
