Discover candidates on the web using LinkedIn, Monster, Dice, CareerBuilder, TechFetch, Boolean search strings, conduct cold/warm calls, and then understand their career objectives, experience, and requirements. Prepare candidates for interviews and provide the greatest candidate experience. I set expectations with candidates, explain step by step the interview process to minimize surprises, provide challenge, insight, and scenario-based questions, and inform them regarding who they will be speaking with.
