ABOUT NISHITA SHERATHIYA
I’m a Data Science Researcher at UDRI, working on an NSF‑funded project where I apply computer vision, deep learning, and machine learning to solve real‑world problems. Before stepping into research, I spent three years growing from a Data Analyst into a Data Scientist, working closely with EHR and clinical data.I’ve built ML models on more than 250K patient records, applied NLP to over 150K clinical notes, and developed automated workflows using Python and SQL that improved data quality and streamlined reporting.What motivates me is turning research into practical, usable solutions. I’m always open to connecting with others who are passionate about data science, research, and building technology that makes a difference.
