I work closely with the Director of Woodgate Consulting to support the assigned online learning and digital consultancy projects. My main duties include:• Support learning design workshops to identify course requirements.• Review existing course content, in alignment with learning objectives, to identify areas forimprovement.•Work with subject matter experts to identify ways to best communicate learning content.•To create engaging learning activities and resources, aligned with the learning objectives of a course.•Create visualisations of learning concepts for inclusion in content and standardise outputs, as required.•Support the in-course population and testing phases of projects, as required.•Cultivate an understanding of good online pedagogies to apply to online learning projects.•Any other duties relating specifically and directly to learning design projects, as supported by the Director.
