Planned lessons to target subject weaknesses and build skills within strengths. Produced modules and adapted teaching resources for different learning styles. Adapted teaching style for a diverse range of students with a range of learning styles and abilities. Strong communication skills which are crucial to explaining key complex concepts to ensure students understand materials. Keeping students engaged as students can be more distant as there is no face-to-face connection to make sure students are motivated. Tracked over 10 students\' progress and evaluated how to improve to ensure students are making progress towards their goals.
