ABOUT NISHITA B.

I graduated from Lady Shri Ram College for Women with a passion for social impact, followed by a Master\'s in History. My journey in the social sector began with various NGOs, where I supported underprivileged communities, cared for the elderly, and provided education to students, igniting my passion for leadership and community development. During the pandemic, I joined Teach for India as an online teaching intern, enhancing my teaching and grassroots leadership skills. My professional growth continued through the Firki teaching platform, where I honed my expertise in curriculum development and classroom management. I also served as Social Media Head and Graphic Designer, creating impactful presentations and assisting others with creative projects. Currently, as a Teach for India Fellow, I lead a new project focused on addressing critical challenges in our school community, implementing innovative solutions to boost student engagement and learning outcomes. Throughout my journey, I have developed strong skills in leadership, project management, social media strategy, and educational development, all aimed at making a meaningful impact in education.
