I lead people operations and onboarding for distributed teams and have five years of experience helping startups grow and build remote-first HR systems.At FlyFlat, I joined as one of the first employees and supported the company’s growth from an early-stage startup to a team of more than 50 people spread across India, Europe, Africa, and the Philippines. I designed the onboarding process from end to end, including contracts, probation agreements, training programs, career progression, and performance checkpoints. I also worked with leadership to make sure policies were applied consistently and teams had clarity at every stage.My focus areas include onboarding operations, contracts and policy alignment, async knowledge management, leadership development, and using process improvements to support scale.Earlier, as Vice President of Talent Management at AIESEC Hyderabad, I managed onboarding and leadership development for more than 150 members and coordinated over 70 cross-border exchanges. That experience shaped my foundation in global people operations and gave me a lasting interest in international HR practices.I enjoy building systems that give people clarity, accountability, and a positive employee experience in remote and fast-moving environments.

I designed and managed the onboarding process, including a two-day general program, a twelve-week probation system, and clear promotion and progression paths. I created role-specific competency frameworks, training programs, and performance checkpoints to give both new hires and managers clarity on growth.I manage employment documentation such as contracts, probation agreements, promotions, and terminations, ensuring policies are applied consistently and teams have transparency. To support a fully remote setup, I built a knowledge hub in Notion with SOPs, training materials, and role frameworks that enable async collaboration across time zones.I also partner with leadership on people strategy, performance management, and workforce planning as the company expands into new markets.
