Nishit has worked on projects involving Proactive review of Distribution management systems, proactive risk assessment of Schemes, Distributors Audit, Sales promotion expenses. He has worked on projects involving FCPA/ ABAC review, vendor kickbacks, vendor favoritism, review of books of accounts of target company, Data privacy/sharing, Compliance review in relation to statutory laws such as Provident fund, TDS, etc. Has worked on engagements involving data analytics, process review, electronic data review, transaction testing and desktop searches.Nishit has been part of engagements involving transaction testing, GAP assessment, document and policy reviews.Has conducted ESI review using Intella and worked in close association with data analytics team for identifying irregularities in financial and sales data of a large MNC and has also worked on e-discovery software – Relativity as part document review in an ABAC review.Nishit is also keen on learning new skill sets or softwares. He has completed online training of over 100 hours on Tableau.
