As the Director of Security and Founding Security Engineer at Skiff, I lead the security vision and strategy for the company, ensuring that our privacy-centric collaboration products are designed and developed with the highest standards of security and compliance. I have experience in cybersecurity, information security, and software development, working with leading companies and organizations in the fintech, cloud, and blockchain sectors.Previously, I was an application security engineer at Coinbase, where I worked on various projects related to ID verification, payments, user and service authentication, and FinCEN Travel Rule compliance. I also presented my work at several security conferences and forums, sharing my insights and best practices with the industry. Before that, I was an associate product security engineer at Salesforce, where I worked on Einstein and C360 related efforts, as well as regular pentesting work for the AppExchange program. I graduated from the University of Texas with a B.S. in Computer Engineering and a B.S. in Computer Science, and I was involved in several innovative and competitive projects, such as the Hyperloop and drone mapping of IoT devices.
